HI all!
Im thinking to get my first efect board thingy and this one poped up. Some say its good but some say that trow it as far as you can.:ill:

So now you heavy inspectors tell me the how it is!?:)

I like to play everything from gun's and roses to bodom...( atleast trying to play bodom:rolleyes: ). And my own music is guite heavy too...so Is this the thing I need?

ty all at advance..:)

Well I personally dont like korg I have the yamaha so3 but anyways yeah korg is som exspinsive shit, but it will prolly give you a shitload of sounds for your money. My keyboard was 500 dollars and i have 750 sounds on it.

i had a korg 1500 and it was rubbish. the distortion is abso useless, expression is too small, pedals are too close to eachother and dont even try to work the sample and play. the only thing i found good was the phase rrainer which i used instead of sample and play except that if you record for 16 seconds instead of 8 the quality gets really bad and you cant add any effects into the phase trainer, only the amp model and the distortion or clean sound.

my advice, dont buy!

Hey dude. I'm not really familiar with the 1500 but I own a Triton and I can honestly say it doesn't get much better than this. The best part is you never need to buy another keyboard because you can constantly upgrade it whenever possible. The only downside that I can think of is that it's very expensive (I got mine for $2,100 but got $250 off by trading in my Yamaha PSR). I currently have over 1,200 sounds on it including many different drum kits and combination sounds and I've only had to upgrade it once. So I strongly recommend getting the Triton or Triton Extreme (which I hear is even better but I've never come across one) for any keyboardist and definetly worth the $$$ if able to afford it.
