Sorry I didn't see this thread sooner. As a Rev owner I'm impressed, it sounds a hell of a lot like a mic'd cab to me

Hey GuitarHack!

I've tried the same thing with my Cobra head, but it sounds really weak and bassy... Could you explain how did you do it??

I mean, I plug my amp with cabined loaded, and at normal rehearshal level, then I plug the "send" on the FX loop to the Line in in my soundcard (Line6 Toneport) so, impedances are not an issue here. Then I run Perfect Space in Sonar 4 with your impulses. But the result is really poor... it lacks the saturation the poweramp section gives to the sound, so I tried with the "Line Out" in the amp (specially adapted to send the signal to a second poweramp) and the result was a little better, but still very muddy...

Try to set your amp with the daw monitoring....the sound of the cab is different from the sound of the impulses
