America also seems to have this "shame" culture applied to sex, whereas other parts of the world don't act like sex is a bad thing.

Everyone has subtle differences that can be difficult to notice, distinguishing nationality. Its like how some people cant tell the difference between Koreans and Japanese. Karen dosent look American to moi.
