The release date has been changed...

In Australia? well its not like they need to change the format from PAL to NTSC, so it shouldnt take long to get it over here... depends how lazy they feel at the time

Places here in Australia (or at least in Melbourne) normally import them so they're here for the proper release date. Metal Mayhem and JB Hi-Fi normally do this. If not then just got a store to order it in for you or get one off Amazon or something like that.

It's costing me approx $35 AUD (shipped) from 'The End' and I live in Sydney

Why would you bloody wait, even if your from the states-get hold of a credit card and order on-line, your tv's should have PAL playback anyway :)
