what makes you think i bought them? i get boxes of CDs overtime as promos or for reviewing in the past when i worked for several music magazines and did reviews. also, i often buy collections of CDs to get some rarer titles and then sell the remainders.

NFU, how did you end up reviewing some of that stuff? I can't imagine you possibly giving something like Agathodaimon anything more than a 4/10, but I also can't imagine a magazine keeping you on after you proceed to trash every album that comes your way. How did that work out?

when i review something like agathodaimon i just review it in the context of what is has to offer the average metal listener as an average metal album. point out its highlights, its weak points and everything in between. whether or not i would listen to it doesnt have all that much to do with anything. although i dont review everything im sent anyway...some things i prefer not to. nor do i review much metal anyway. however i used to in the past more often.
