I went a-browsing at a record and collectibles fair yesterday and picked up:
Dio: Holy Diver (stand up and SHOUT!)
Metallica: Ride The Lightning (worth it just for The Call of Ktulu)
Rush: A Farewell To Kings (knew it was good, but didn't have it)
" : Hemispheres (couldn't find Fly By Night or Permanent Waves, so I got this)
Soundgarden: A-Sides (dammit, now I'll have to get Badmotorfinger as well)
I also bought Sleepy Hollow and The Phantom Menace on DVD, and a $5 paperback of Wire In The Blood by Val McDermid. Hope the book is as good as the TV series.
There was also a guy selling video bootlegs of the KISS Symphony. Didn't get one because I'd rather wait for the DVD, but I asked him what he thought of the show and he said it was great, "even that clown in Vinnie Vincent makeup" . Trent, did you know you got a mention in Beat Magazine?
