Latest track reamped by lozgreg!

the guitars sound really good
i dont like the snare (but thats a matter of taste)

Thanks dudes!

Sounds amazing, maybe dist guitars are too low compared to initial cleans, but sounds great!
I don't like the drums, but guitars are ace!

Yeah in the original track (using the LE456 + impulses) it was a great mix, but I must admit I struggled finding that sweet spot with this one.

What don't you like about the drums specifically man? I'm always trying to improve my drum sound

Already commented on SS.org, but yeah, fucking love it man, both the reamp job and the tune

Sounds great! The guitars are brootal :kickass:...just a bit harsh in the highs. Good work to both of you

I'm not a fan of the snare either but I like the rest.

at first I didn't like the tone at all, but eventually I started to like it a lot more, especially the chorus bit(well what I think is the chorus at least). The riff's quite catchy aswell. I dig it.

Thanks dudes!

Kick sounds ok, but I don't like the snare not even a bit. Cymbals sound good, but there's not enough punch from the drums as a big picture

Haha glad you like the kick, because it's taken a stupid amount of work to get how I like it.
I know I'm going to get a split of opinions about the snare. I've noticed a lot of people round here use the dead-on powerhouse metalcore type snares, and that's all cool, but it's not for me. I've modelled this faithfully on my drummer's snare and I think it compliments our flavour of groove metal really well. More so on our super low 7 string stuff!

I dunno, I think the guitars sound pretty sweet, they just have a bit of a plastic-y quality to 'em (was this the Windsor?) Agreed on the snare (sorry, but I don't think this is a matter of "stylistic differences", it's just small and distant), otherwise pretty cool!
