Kick replaced with a Kick called "RRKick" or something. I think I got it from here but can't remember who posted it.

I blended a tiny bit of Lasses "Copper" Snare in (about 10%) to give the snare more body.

Revalver on Guitar and Bass ...

Can't comment on the recording-process as I only mix the bands album. Only thing I know: they recorded Cymbals and Drums seperated :Smug:

the cymbals overall sound crappy...As in they were miked badly and/or they are just shit cymbals.

overall the mix sounds pretty good, though. I like the guitar, sounds natural.

Yeah, you're right about the cymbals... I can only immagine, what went wrong. Well, "shit in - shit out", right? I just tried to make the best of it.

I don't think there is much you can do to fix those things. Bury them in the mix would be my advice!
