I thought this was pretty cool... the late Layne Staley with his high school band doing "False Alarm"!



They also do "Burning Star" by Helstar after the Saint song but the video cuts off before that.

Duh, obviously it is, I can't seem to think at type simultaneously...
Staley did have a similar tone of voice with John but I never really thought he'd be an Armored Saint fan. In fact I thought Anthrax borrowed a thing or two from AiC in Sound of White Noise (the best Bush-era Anthrax record IMO).

Interestingly, Dave Jerden produced Alice In Chains' first album Facelift, then he produced Armored Saint's Symbol Of Salvation, then he produced Alice In Chains' Dirt, and then he produced Anthrax's Sound Of White Noise.
