Does anyone know a good site to learn about using Modes and Scales on guitar? I really need to learn this shit lol it will help me out a lot with writing and improvising...

Before you start learning modes, scales, theory etc, make sure you memorize chords. That will make things easier.

I took a music theory class at the local community college, it was really great for me. There were about 13 of us in the class for 6 weeks, and I only paid $18. Very benificial, I highly recomend it.
Theres nowhere around here that offers lessons in that kind of stuff so it sucks... I will have to learn over the internet lol. What would you recommend me starting with, and working my way up to... I have been playing guitar for 3-4 years and I am pretty good at it. I can sweep and stuff really easily and it's pretty clean. Im used to playing stuff like Bodom, Cacophony, shit like that. I can play those exotic scales, but dont understand them or have a clue about them or the names of them or anything... I can play it, but I want to know what the fuck Im at... basically thats what Im trying to say lol.

Just buy a chord/scale chart, but don't get stressed, cause there's no way you could ever memorize all the scales, theres too many of them. It's the easiest thing I can think of.
