While the song will hardly become a #1 hit (not even top 100) I don't think that it is that annoying. The whole concept of trying to create an annoying song that way is flawed imo. Music develops by people accepting stuff that they previously found annoying. Musicians strive to find new ways of making music, of creating music in a new way that has not been deemed possible before. On the other hand, they don't always succeed ...
