edit: and i still wonder why this board, after all sorts of fancy upgrades, still isn't able to support the euro sign, which displays as a ?.

€? I'm running XP Home Ed. + Netscape 7.1.

Maybe it's a question of keyboard vs ascii. I know it shouldn't make a difference, but I have an euro key, AltGr+E. Maybe if I tried the Alt+nr. that represents the euro (I don't know the number) it would not work. Maybe the euro is mapped on two different codes, one of which works and the other of which doesn't.
