Listening parties?

(Although i'm guessing metal listening parties are going to be >95% male).

itd be cool if the entire 5% female population looked like cristina scabbia though.

Never been to one, sounds pretty cool though. The problem really is i dont know that many people that live around me that likes the kind of metal like i do, i only honestly know one person that listens to the stuff i do lol. God, i wish there was more people that did.

Does anyone ever have listening parties with friends who like the same band? My friends and I had one for Ghost Reveries and it was a much cooler experience than just listening on my own. I'm definitely gonna have one for Watershed, and now that i have the surround sound set up, that CD can't come out any sooner.

Oh yeah, those things are fun. I set up gathering where we listened to Judas Priest, Down, Decapitated and Malevolent Creation.
