thanks guys cuz i do read a hell of a lot. ... is it unmeteal to know the music to the les miserables musical too? because i gotta be honest some of that music is pretty sweet metalish classical comp... i always wated to hear a metal band cover "confrontation" or "Work song"

Ah... OK... NOW YOU'VE DONE PISSED ME OFF ! I dont read, never did, always hated books. It was my downfall in HS. However my poetry presentations in HS english were Jimi Hendrix and Uriah Heep. I also have a small collection of my own poetry/lyric writtings that most people think are pretty good. I plan on entering an Albany poets speak out next spring and Im fairly optimistic. My stuff is dark and/or social, environmental & political..... non metal ?

I have no fucking idea who Killswitch engage is and yall probably wouldnt recognize a good Hendrix lyric or even enjoy the primitiveness of Uriah Heep but Ill not tolerate being stereo typed as non metal because I have no use for books. . . . . DAMNIT !

Pictures ? That one of Russell about sums his live performance up. Hes a monster front man and live vocalist. Lepond is a character. There were about the only two I saw much of during the show too.

I don't read a ton, the point was simply that reading doesn't make one non-metal. haha, awesome.

I know, definantly no real boundrys for metal, age may be the final boundry, theres alot of stuff now adays I will NOT listen to. I also seem to be about the oldest at any shows I go to..... does this make me "the origional metal head". Just kidding, but it has been great to have lived through the whole evolution from Hendrix, Cream and Zeppelin at least as far as "un named band", Savatage, & Symphony X and still finding new stuff I do like that kicks ass. Awsome indeed!
