Dime/Rex had thier tech carve x's on thier picks for grip.

paint over that X with white paint or tipex on both sides, how many times do u drop your pick and u cant see it anywere? the X helps alot expecialy when its dark

i always have a Guinness or 2 before i go on, helps alot

yeah a h4 would be a good way to record rehersal- hardy little things with a decent sound off 'em
we've been doing ours recently with
kick, snare 2 ohs, then 2 guitars and 3 vox into an interface. works out well

With only two inputs on the Mbox we have recorded the rehearsals so, that we just put a mic in the center of the room (usually AKG C414, but anything with an eight or omni pattern pretty much goes) and record that and recorded the leadvocals from the mixers aux send to the other input channel.

Wow. I can't believe I've never thought of that. My carpet is the same retarded purple my picks are. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped picks and they instantly "disappear."
