Looking At A Peavy 5150 2

Hey, I'm looking to buy a 5150 2 and have found one in my area, but really have know idea if it's a good deal or not. It's in mint condition and is selling for $1000 canadian for the head and straight cab. Should I do it? Thanks.

It's a pretty average deal. What I would expect it to go for in Canada...

Personally, i would ask if you could just buy the head and buy another cab somewhere else, or buy the cab keeping in mind you'll probably want new speakers for it eventually.

The sheffields leave a lot to be desired...

I've seen them go as low as $500 CAD if you're really really lucky.

Most people are going to expect between $650-$800 (Nowadays it's going to likely be closer to 800)



Edit: Sorry just remembered u were talking about the 5150 II... add $100 to all the numbers above.
