i have an all maple kit, so i use evans g1. on all toms except the 14 which i have a g2 on, and for the resos i have evans glass resos..the snare i have a genera, and hazy 300 on the bottom,and the bass drum is Evans EMAD with the stock premier reso...another good evans batter is the ec2, you get a nice deep tone out of em

LOL it talks about the "Lopez" beat, which really is just the double paradiddle incorporated with the ride and snare. I guess for us it's just easier to type Lopez beat than it is "double paradiddle".
