Lost Serial for Profire 610

Long story short:

Profire now has static on the 2nd channel, a pretty common problem with them. I put it in a universal rack tray with velcro. I take it out, start pulling off the velcro and boom, there goes my serial number, Forever gone on the stickiness of the velcro. So, I'm sitting here with a broken profire that wasn't registered with no serial.

Any help?

I bought it a few months ago, so I know for a fact it's still under warranty.

take the velcro and the profire to the shop you bought it from

Why on earth did you not register your gear!!!!

I bought it off an authorized dealer on eBay, so I can't take it back.

And this was one of the only pieces of gear I have ever gotten new, so registering it never came across my mind.

found it. Hopefully it will work because it has been a few months past the 30 days that I would need to register.
