ATM, I don't have monitors to direct monitor through whilst recording, so I have to record blind and then switch drivers to my laptop speakers to hear the audio.
Whilst I love the flexibility of Reaper, I just need this one little shortcut to make everything I do atm with Reaper as smooth as possible.

tl;dr How can I make a shortcut/macro to switch my audio drivers in Reaper?

I don´t think it´s possible. But for what is worth, if you click on the upper right corner of Reaper it will take you straight to the audio device panel (or you can set a shortcut for the action "Audio Device Configuration", that takes you to the same panel).

Not being a dick, but can´t you get at least one of these?

That's the panel I've been using, I just wondered if there was anything faster, like a 1-key shortcut I could create for it.

And yeah, I have headphones. However when my Tascam direct monitors it goes to the line-out, which doesn't take my earbuds-plug, it's a stereo line-out with a left and right output :bah:

EDIT: found a solution, thread is not valid anymore.
