Mad Anthony Hot Sauce

I haven't tried the Mad Anthony's yet but I did try the Joe Perry "Boneyard" sauce and was disappointed. It was ok...but more like ketchup than hot sauce....My favorite hot sauce is called "El Yucatan" and is made with the habanero pepper. Good stuff! It also has a good flavor, not just heat...I used to collect hot sauces but it got expensive. Now I just have 2 or 3 mainstays...including the O.G. of hot sauces, Tabasco. I put hot sauce on just about anything except sweets....

yeah...Tabasco's got the vinegar! I like how it gives that kind of "tang" to whatever...especially pizza! Don't get me wrong, my Swiney brother, the Perry sauce is good...but not great...
I guess, it's Cabo Wabo & Mad Anthony!!!!!!
I will get me a bottle of Boneyard, just to try it.
Judging from your review, it's probably this bland watered down
sauce....

Well, I love Joe Perry and we were in Gatlinburg TN and I saw a bottle at this hot sauce place. (the whole store sells only hot sauce!) To me it was more like a barbecue sauce...a cross between KC MASTERPIECE and Louisiana Hot Sauce. If you've ever had Louisiana Hot Sauce then you know it's "good" but it's actually a little milder than Tabasco. I like a little more kick, myself....I'm not one of these who likes all that "Bottled Hell" or "Nuclear Ass Kicking" rip the skin off your tongue stuff...I just like it to linger a little...and the Boneyard Sauce didn't bite....but it's still worth trying...It ain't bad...it's just not the best....my opinion...
