Hot Sauce Appreciation ITT

I'm making an attempt to get the insanity sauce, the death sauce, and the after death sauce today when in Visalia. I hope they have all three.

World Market also carried a 4pack of 2oz bottles of other Dave's sauces.

Dave's Insanity
Hurtin' Jalapeno
Roasted Garlic
Cool Cayene Pepper

Probably worth checking out, I hear good things about all their sauces.

Never tried any Stubb's BBQ sauce in the past. I've stayed away because what I've seen has been a runny BBQ sauce, and I'm more down with thick.

BUT THEN I just found STUBB's SMOKEY MESQUITE. Very thick, just how I like it.

and it's spectacular.

The Jolokia Pepper from India

Easily the hottest pepper that I've ever experienced in my life. It's also called the Ghost pepper. They call it that because it's so hot it could chase away the dead.

This fucker is no joke. SRSLY!

This pepper has actually been known to cause 1st degree burns on the human tongue. THAT IS NOT A JOKE.
