Maiden Box/best Of...

ANYONE HEAR OF A RELEASE DATE FOR THE BOXSET?
I KNOW EPIC WAS GONNA PUT OUT YET ANOTHER "BEST OF..."
BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR. HOPE THE BOXSET IS OUT BEFORE X-MAS....

The newist one (metal box) im not sure? i seen it on there websight and i think it's already out but i only have the one of EDDIE'S head and it opens up and there are CD inside

Both are confirmed to be released sometime in mid-November.

Both the metal box set & "Edward the Great" will be released on November 26th in the U.S.

Both were originally scheduled for November 5 but I believe they were pushed back to the end of November.

The good thing about the new best of entitled Edward The Great is that production of the Best of the Beast album will come to an end and that album will no longer be produced. The good thing about that is that they care about their fans and their purchases. Therefore the people who bought Best of the Beast have that as a collectors item they will no longer be able to get after awhile and this way they will still be able to sell copies of the new one to their true fans. Smart move if you ask me by stopping production of Best of the Beast. Shows they have more class than bands like KISS and the Scorpions who keep shoving greatest hits after greatest hits albums down your throat.

THAT IS A GREAT MOVE. IF YOU HAVE THE TWO DISC VERSION OF BEST OF THE BEAST YOU'LL HAVE A REAL RARE ITEM. HAVE TO PICK THAT BOX AT THE END OF NEXT MONTH.

Not that I give 2 shits, but Nirvana released a "hits" album last week with one "new" song on it. Who the fuck wants to buy a disc full of songs we were all force fed in the Early 90s??

The boxed set is pretty cool. It is worth it for the 'Beast Over Hammersmith' CD alone.
