I think it's finally time for this band to get fully appreciated around the world for it's one of the best black metal bands ever. After another czech bm band Master's Hammer gained popularity, I don't see why this one shouldn't so I'm creating an appreciation thread where you have to post your "oh my god it's awesome" after listening to Černá Krev, or if you're heterosexual and already know the band then post right away.

Master's Hammer is leagues above Maniac Butcher in quality. Lucan-Antikrist is a good album, however.

I own Barbarians and Lucan-Antikrist. Good stuff, but not really top tier material.

Lučan - Antikrist rules yeah, and they're not really leagues below MH, to me it just took longer to realize, that's all.

I own Barbarians and Lucan-Antikrist. Good stuff, but not really top tier material.

I also own those two, on PGR tape, but my favourite to listen to is easily Černá Krev! Then it went worse, the last couple of releases really aren't worth it.

EDIT: BTW, do you know Dark Storm? They're a side project of MB that sounds the same and their Four Lučan Emperors is also just awesome.

Great album, mate. The early albums (Barbarians and Lucan Antikrist) are also damn good. Fuck, the new one is great Black Metal as well.

Maniac Butcher is great. New album was definitely a surprise after what they'd been doing for years.

Masters Hammer and Root are both great too, but different than Maniac Butcher obviously.
