Marshall JMP 2203, boosted with Boss GE-7

Yeah that's an awesome sound!

Are there huge differences between a JMP 2203 and the JCM 2203? I've read that the JMP is louder but I don't know much more than that about them. But anyway that clip sounds incredible.

I think the JCM is supposed to be a little brighter. The JMP is stupidly loud; I had to put in a master volume on mine because I couldn't get the crunch tone without rattling the house. A JMP is definitely one of those must-own amps in my opinion.

Good Lord, can't imagine how loud it must be because my brother's JCM800 2203 is friggin loud.

Wish I had one... Generally speaking, I'm slowly going back to Marshall after having used my 6505 so much. Off course this clip doesn't help at all. It sounds perfect in every way.

This clip showcases perfectly what rules so much with old Marshalls - perfect midrange, tight, in your face and smooth at the same. Killer tone!
