Anyone use this plugin or know anything about it?

I went on Massey's site but there is no were to download or any info on how to get it. Maybe someone here knows more about it.....

I use it once in a while, it's good.
One really cool thing is the zoom is linked to the session selection, so once the track is analyzed you can choose a smaller selection and it will adjust automatically showing the triggers more closely. Unlike Soundreplacer.

I own CT4 and Tapehead, CT4 is my easy to use, general purpose comp of choice.

Tapehead, CT4, and VT3 are all amazing and got TONS of use when I had my ProTools rig. I actually miss Tapehead a lot.

Very cool vibe these plugs had...

In fact, all of Massey's stuff is brilliant.

yeh i'd get the vt3 and ct4. That compressor is amazing on almost anything. DTM is cool but if you trigger in small sections, set the alignment in drumagog (if thats what you're using) to peak/transient and triggering algorithm to simple then you won't need DTM too much. Cool to have though!

IT'S GONE.

I MUST HAVE IT, HOW DO I GET IT? I even e-mailed Steven himself offering "any sum of money" (seriously) and this was his reply:

"Hello Julian,

DTM is no longer offered.

Steve"

I'm not asking for piracy. I just need this plug. Steven will not even allow us to purchase it!!! I think this supports the theory that him pulling the plug was in violation of his non-compete agreemeent with TL labs - and releasing DTM for basically free put a big dent in "TL drum rehab".

SOMEONE HALP!!! AHHHH

I wonder how long his no compete clause is in effect for. I think a lot a lot of folks would be willing to shell out for a Massey reverb or something. But since TL labs makes TL Space, I wouldn't expect a reverb anytime soon :(.

Yea Ive been bummed for days because i found this plugin and was on a mission to get and even bought the tapehead thinking i would be able to get dtm free. Then i emailed and got the same reply. :-/

FUCK!!!

you could go back to life before knowing of this plugin.

I didn't have a use for it until I got it. YMMV

you're also a BD wizzard that i will most likely employ someday if i fail to achieve comparable skills

but ok, life before knowing of this plug:

using drumagog to scroll through real-time printing inaccurate MIDI tracks and then spending forever fixing them up...

as opposed to:

using the "learn drum" function *drools* and letting an offline analysis get phase accurate detection and then drag/drop my finished product into place within seconds..... oh my gawd. i keep watching video tutorials of guys using this, it's like seeing my ex that dumped me in a porn.

yes, i'm that broken up over this.

seriously though. this is an extremely anomalous situation. never again in my life will there be a time in which i directly told the author of a piece of software i'd give him "any sum of money" and been declined, due to what it is in-all-likelyhood a minor legality issue, over a piece of software that was offered indirectly for free in the first place. given the reasons why i'm being forbidden to have it, my conscience is clear in a conquest to get it...haha. Also AGZ, while I have your attention, please see this thread:
