Hi guys in these days i thought if my way of mastering could be right or not...then i thought if there could be the possibility of master separately drums and guitars and bass...im not telling this is the right way..i question you if there can be the possibilty to do the master this way or not..in other words..
usually i-ll do my mastering putting in the stereo out of cubase ozone and a limiter..but if i create 2 or 3 group master channel (1 for the entire drums, one for guitars and one for bass) can it be correct?
i know this can be absurd! :)

this is just called stem mastering

there is nothing unusual about this method as it is employed by every mastering engineer in today's recording/mixing/mastering industry.

Thanks tim...what you think abou it? is it good? i though about right for having more control on every single instrument...did you ever use this method?

I've just trying to use this method in one of my mix...it's not bad...i think it's better to work like that..!
