was it just me or were joey's vocals damn near non existant for most of the gig . for the record i was up the front slightly to the right also noticed dans guitar work was really hard to hear at times other than that killer gig

timmyc said:Yeah I thought the same thing Mr Thrax said ....... I was at the Palace and moved around a few times and it really depended on where you stood. Killer show nonetheless.
Captain Trips said:Yea Maiden, I was at the front probably somewhere near you for the whole show. right up in front of Dan, and I think being right up there meant I couldn't hear the full force of Dan's solos and Joey's vocals.
Fuck - Among the Living - to see them play that song with that line-up made me feel like I was experiencing something really fucken special!!
Shout out to Joe and Mick Cruthers(i think I spelt that right) who helped me chase Thrax down the road in their white mini van!!!
i do have to say that despite having the great pleasure of seeing Joey sing, I think the future of Thrax is Bush!
I'm not trying to start another Bush/Joey argument, I'm just stating my opinion.
iron_maiden said:wonder if the band will post their thoughts on the australian tour once its over . be interesting to hear what they say . i agree with u on the future of anthrax being bush otherwise they'll do just what kiss did , great reunion gigs then they came out with a crap album . imo would be nice to have an album with the original line-up but don't think it's the right way to go![]()

strik9 said:I dunno man. I think it's too early to say whether or not the Belladonna lineup can still write new music together. Imo noone can sit here and say for a fact that the reunion lineup couldn't write any kick ass new material? Until they decide to try to write something together you can't really say that it would be good or bad?
