I am not yet finished with this mix, but i need a little help figuring out what i should do to it next, i feel it sounds pretty good right now just needs a few tweaks

Sounds pretty good to me, the toms could stand to come up though, and could use a little compression, they sound more like extra kick drums. The cymbals could sit a little higher too, personally.

Yeah i agree with the comes, its just how the bass drum hits with the toms on most the hits, you have any advice what you think i should do about that, because i have tried messing with that and really have not found the sweet spot to boost on the toms.

I have the 2 kicks in a buss and then the rest of the kit in a buss compressed, just so you know how i have it set up.

I'd say boost the highs in the toms just a little, take a bit of the high-end slap from the kick out and add in some 2k for click.

you have any idea around where you think i should try boosting on the toms?

Boost the 3k-on to taste.

yeah thats where i was thinking about boosting anyways.
i just boosted around 3 db and it sounds about right now, ill post a update whenever i get everything how im wanting.

thanks dude, yeah i dont really know what it sounds like to me so i just kinda guested that the opening sounded like some newer FTFD so i just went with that lol.
