Mendel's Voxengo Preset (+ Mp3)

Wel here is my own Voxengo fxp file with a mp3 how it sounds.
Mp3's includes no eq or whatever, just pure my hatesphere patch ( look at customtone.com ) cab off and let this voxengo fxp do the job.

To get it more metal, add some high with your eq.

It sounded pretty cool for lead playing, but I think it's a little dull for rhytm. Not a bad tone by any means, but it lacks highs.

Well do realizer it's un-eq'ed.

So it's more natural for a mix.
You can add high in the mix, imo it's the same as dfhs.

When i load dfhs it hasnt to much high, but it also hasnt to less high.
So you can edit it at your own prefers music.

No, it's not exactly the same. When you add highs to a drum in dfhs, the highs are already there. So you could(and probably will) get better results by cutting away the frequencies you do don't want in the drum. To me it sounds like the guitar tone lacks the highs necessary to simply boost the highs in the daw. And I also prefer to get the sound as close to what I want it to sound like at the tracking stage.
