Now Offering: Bass Awesomeification (bass guitar reamping/mixing)

Hey everyone,

I'm now offering a unique bass guitar reamping and processing service. This is in direct contrast to the plethora of guitar reamping services on offer, where for most projects the vital bass tone gets overlooked all too often.

The process consists of

1. You sending me a raw bass DI file, with whatever EQ or compression you printed when tracking.
2. You also sending me an accompanying backing track of the song, minus the bass, with a good indication of how the elements will sit in the final product. In particular, you need to make sure that the kick and rhythm guitars are sitting right to get the most from this process.
3. Me reamping the bass guitar through various chains, crossing them over, blending, and then finally summing it all together and processing via both digital and high-end outboard gear to get the bass fitting the backing track as best as possible.
