First and foremost, this is not a scientific test by any means.
I didn't place the mic very carefully. I didn't dial the best tone ever (it goes without saying).
I already made my mind on which speaker is going to be used the most.
Just curious to have your opinion.
And while I can say I am happy with my purchase, I can't honestly say I'm blown away.
I included two speakers from my harley benton for fun. I hope they won't get the most votes tho.lol

Everyone is afraid to vote on the Harley Benton :p

I do think they are all usable and a matter of taste, some seem more forward while others more scooped but these differences might even be because of mic placement.

Curious to know the results...

'K
I guess that thread needs to die quickly...
So...

1 Mesa Bottom right aka dark hollow weird guy
2 Mesa Bottom left aka meh (there's always a shittier one, right?)
3 Harley Benton Bottom left aka my favourite speaker for the past 3/4 years
4 Mesa Top Right which is my new favourite even tho I completely messed the mic placement in this example, so I'm quite surprised a few people still liked that one...
5 Mesa Top Left, should be great with a bit of work
6 Harley Benton Top Left aka worst V30 evar

If you liked 3 best, don't feel bad for it, It was my go to speaker for a long time now, so I know exactly where the sweet spot is.
I literally need to learn the Mesa better before I start doing something serious with it.
Oh well...

Thanks to all the voters.:kickass:

I had to miss this one because I'm a bit ill at the moment.

I can see why a lot of people liked '3', it's generally well balanced. On the other hand it has that nasty boxy mids I keep nagging about, so I'd be very glad to not have to deal with that problem if I were you.

With some additional mic positioning you should be able to get an awesome tone.

By the way, are the speakers new? I mean have they had the chance to get broken in?

Speakers are definitely used. The previous owner liked it loud apparently. He almost made my ears bleed when he showed me how the mesa sounded with his stiletto head.
