2012 is almost over, time for a new thread.

What are you guys looking forward to?

New Manilla Road
New Pagan Altar
New Blood Farmers?

New Portal
New Suffocation
And I'm super excited for the new Today is the Day album and their tour. One of my favorite bands ever.

Well since a lot of 2012 releases have been pushed back, the list is more extensive now. My biggest hopes are in:

New Birth A.D.
New Dead Congregation
New Imprecation
New Summoning
New Fanisk
New Divine Eve

and um...I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple.

Many of my favorite bands are putting out new albums, looking forward to what they all come up with, even if I don't have high hopes for some of them...:

New Voivod
New Judas Priest
New Motörhead
New Black Sabbath
New Manilla Road
New Megadeth

I also heard rumors of a new Holocaust album, which would be awesome, but I've got no idea if it's credible.

Darkthrone - The Underground Resistance
Wormed - Exodromos
Twilight - Beneath the Trident's Tomb
Lightning Swords of Death - Baphometic Chaosium
Ghost - Infestissumam
Wintersun - Time II
Amon Amarth
Boris - Praparat
Lantlos - Melting Sun(although the direction hes going in isnt one i think i will enjoy)
Profound Lore mentioned a new Leviathan as well.

not confirmed for 2013 but the bands are working on new albums:
New Acid King
New Immortal
Darkspace - IV
New Germ (ex-Austere)
New Electric Wizard
Gorgoroth - Instinctus Bestialis
New Old Silver Key (hope it will be better than debut with falloch members, hoping for new Blood of Kingu more)
New Mayhem

Hypocrisy (although I will be disappointed..still waiting for another Abducted)

Seriously, A Taste of Extreme Divinity was amazing. Different to Abducted and the Self-titled, but amazing nonetheless.

Looking forward to the following (most mentioned previously);

Sorcery
Convulse
Deeds of Flesh
The Amenta
Sodom
Suffocation
Hate
Portal
Summoning
Divine Eve
Altar of Plagues
Arghoslent

and... Carcass (?? - who knows, hope this is quality death and/or grind)

Here's a list of scheduled releases and bands currently working on material

Ne Obliviscaris
Nah, that's through into the database a little too easily. I'm not sure if there's even any pre-production demos done yet, so should be 2014.

Quite a year for melodeath coming up, all these have scheduled releases for next year:

Omnium Gatherum - Beyond (Feb 22)
Eternal Tears of Sorrow - Saivon lapsi (Feb 22)
Soilwork - The Living Infinite (March 1)
Noumena
MyGrain
Kalmah
Dark Tranquillity

Amorphis will come out with a new album in April.

Portal
StarGazer
Subterranean Masquerade
Suffocation
Dead Congregation
Bloodbath
Paganizer
Manilla Road
Everything that will grant me with surprise and enjoyment.

Holy shit, I had no idea so much great stuff was slated for release next year. Since when is Dead Congregation releasing a new album?

Ares Kingdom- Veneration is going to kill, even if it's just an EP of covers.

LOL at people excited for the new Black Sabbath. That's like getting pumped for a new Morbid Angel album.

Manilla Road, Pagan Altar, Portal, Summoning (doubt it happens so soon), and Dead Congregation are what I care about.
