Or, most people are able to form opinions on a band based on listening to a few songs, and that's fine because most bands have a cohesive sound at the very least for each album. I've heard enough Trivium to know they do nothing for me and I don't need to waste hours upon hours listening to a band's music to come to that conclusion.
So unless Trivium plan to go from what they did and currently do, to sounding like Attacker or Ride the Lightning, I really don't see why your initial triggered question about judging an album by one song is valid in any way whatsoever. Only a tard can't understand something that basic.
