What is so special about Gatekeeper? I've seen you mention them a few times already, and I've never heard of them.

Aside from the fact that Yoda and I are both friends with them, their current lineup has an old GMD regular named Jean Pierre on vocals.

They could be compared to hyped bands like Visigoth and Eternal Champion, and they did a split with the latter band, but they're also just better than those bands if you ask me. Especially this new album because of the superior new lineup.

And yeah, I saw the art already. David was supposed to send me a few of the masters because we're buds but he must have forgotten.

And it must be really easy to get free stuff when you do free advertising for bands.

Eternal Champion definitely has a lot of potential, but there is no way that the current Gatekeeper lineup isn't a better band.

Just look them up on Youtube and listen to literally any Gatekeeper clip that pops up.

Yes, just remember that everything prior to the album coming out on April 27th is demo level stuff and that the new lineup is significantly stronger than those recordings. The older stuff is still super cool though.

This is the only time that I've ever bragged about getting a digital promo, and I only did because you posted this last time that I mentioned this album:

Iron Bonehead announced it officially on NWN! yesterday too so it seems like the real deal this time.

I'm glad Dark Descent and IBP are dealing with the release physically... its an odd choice for them but they're professional in what they do.
