Metal management for label shopping? Recommendations?

Howdy folks! I have been googling for hours to find a serious extreme metal management that can help my band with label shopping but I can't find anything "serious"? Do anyone have any recommendations or tip? Of course we're willing to pay for this and we want some really serious management... not a regular weed guy in the basement want to earn $50 if you know what I mean =P
