I don't know about Sum 41 being METAL, but I did see them do a version of Dio's "Holy Diver" on MTV or MTV2 (I can't remember). Also, they have one video where they do a "SPINAL TAP" like song at the end, I think its called "PAIN FOR PLEASURE". I think they are better and more talented than Linkin Park or Limp Bizkit. Just my 2 cents.

as far new rock.punk goes, i like em. but most of the fans are 13 year old sluts who all of two years ago were all over backstreet boys. marketing can do anything........
. i like that Pain for Pleasure song. the new single is good too, i think its called "still waiting". sum41 blow live though. and if they toured with maiden the madien show would be littered with gay little bitches and that would make me furious, as well as the rest of the true rockers there ranging from age 17-ish to poobably 50-ish. In conclusion, i hate the world
