Damn you're right. That reminds me of the other forum I posted in, couple of fuckers bashed every thread by cursing their asses by saying something like "you won't admit that you have a nice long shining dildo under your bed". Literally every thread was polluted by these kind of posts. Eventually the forum slowly died because no one had anything interesting to say.

Do you really think a discussion of Metallica's crappy new song would actually be more intelligent and useful than a thread of bacon jokes? Because it wouldn't, and previous discussions of the sort haven't.

I have to say that Cyanide is the Weakest song of the record. you can expect a very nice, semi Thrash Album from these guys. I heard the Record couple of times. kicks ass, very nice guitar work!!! very long album. you got ten Songs and an overall playtime of bit more than 74 minutes. "My apocalypse" is the fastest and shortest song on it, and one the best! alomst five minutes kickin ass!!!
of course not a second puppets record, but that was no one expecting, I hope. I can only recommend to wait and enjoy it when its done.

How did you hear it?

We (my family) recently watched Some Kind of Monster again. It makes me want to like Metallica. This coming from a die-hard 80's fan who thinks Metallica died with Cliff.

Anyway, there is definitely metal in the song. Especially the parts in and around the solo. Glad to see them "allowing" Kirk to solo again.

I may give the album a chance, which is a thing I haven't done since ...and Justice For All.
