hey, I've bought a set of drumdial trig pads and a alesis trigger i/o for midi trigging in the computer.
I've been laborating but can't get them to trigger properly, they seem to be too sensitive couse I've got the gain on minimum and x-talk on max, which would yield highest treshold but it still double trig and creates unwanted hits.
Any ideas? I've been attaching the triggers to the reso skin of the drums, should I change it to the top skin?
Also, cymbals and hihat, is there anyway to accurately trig those? How do you proceed with this?
