HOW THE HELL DO YOU GO FROM 999 DOLLARS (746 EUROS) IN USA
TO 1199 EUROS (1604 DOLLARS) IN EUROPE?

The character in those videos rules. I kind of want one now, hoping they'll pop up on the used market sooner than later!

Because 1. They can charge more and get away with it compared to other items and 2. Because you can't directly compare prices without taking account things like median income, minimum wage, etc.

The federal minimum wage is $7.25 - is the minimum wage in your country €5?

The dude in the Metal clip needs to either 1. clip his goddamn fingernails 2. or paint them red and start wearing a fucking dress. wtf? Unless that's a chick then I stand corrected lol...cant see anyone even playing that well with long ass fingernails.

btw sounded good.

$7.25 hourly? Here the minimum wage hourly is around $1 heheeheheheh my wife gets around $3 as a school teacher and something more as a coordinator. And a Recto costs $3000

Aren't those the same clips that were posted on the Mesa website a few days after the leak and sub-sequential release?

i'm scared about el84's

I'm not entirely convinced. The clips sound okay at best, kinda muddy and not really anything that jumps out at me. It'll be interesting to try, but I honestly don't have very high hopes for it.

and change those guitar strings, looks like they are rusty as fuck!

I think it will do very well as a clean/dirty clean/pushed overdrive/etc. amp, and I sort of want one for that purpose. I never trust manufacturer produced demos, they always manage to make the shittiest examples for the "metal" portion. I'm going to wait until more capable hands get a hold of one and make proper clips.

More like shipping, customs and taxes. Made in USA products are way cheaper in the States than in the EU and Marshall's are vice versa

For example brand new list prices at Thomann and Guitar Center:
4ch Marshall JVM: 1200€ / $2300 (~1650$ / ~1700€)
3ch Mesa Dual Recto 2300€ / $1900 (~$3150 / ~1400€)

1200 / 1700 = Marshall is 70% the price in EU compared to USA
1900 / 3150 = Mesa is 60% the price in USA compared to EU

But on topic: those demo clips don't impress me.
