Hi everyone.

I´m looking to get some gear to begin recording some ideas, i want something small and cheap, only for compose new songs for my band.

Im watching at this items, i know they´re not the best, but maybe works for my purposes.

Line 6 - RiffWorks
looks easy, but i don´t now about that "instant drummer" (i want to add drum tracks to the songs, but just some simply beats, nothing complicated)

an this other
PACKAGED SYSTEMS - RECORDING PACKAGES - PODCASTUDIO FIREWIRE : Complete PODCASTUDIO Bundle with FireWire Interface
is for podcasting, but i seems to work for recording.

i already have a sansamp psa-1 which i love, but maybe, i´ll buy a pod or a
v-amp for this project.f

My other option is to get an inteface, like M-audio´s fastrack, and install some recording software (i can borrow a software that a friend uses, i think is the Magix or emagik, something like that.

since i don´t know to much about recording, i´m asking for some help to make the right decision. as i said i want something simple, no matter if i can get the most powerfull guitar sound, it is just for making new songs and show the songs to my band mates.

Thanks for any help, and happy new year:headbang:
