Mix a riff?

Hey,
Basically, i still have a long way to go so i was hoping someone would help out...
I want to see whether it is my initial sound that sucks or my mixing, so i recorded a 12 sec riff thingy and exported each track (4 guitars and 1 bass)...
If someone could help by mixing these tracks (add a drum track if you like ... this was all done without a click but should be at around 125-135 bpm), i'd be really obliged...

Hey Mr. Kramer!

I suggest that if you want anyone to do that, that you add all the files you need. That includes drums.

And all tracks should line up from the same starting point.

It's just too much hassle otherwise.

its just that there are no drums. this was just impromptu
and the track do line up... just make sure they all begin at the same point of time...

The problem is: there's no point in mixing anything without drums. Just guitars and bass make no sense cause they never exist like this in "reality".

If you don't have drums: program some

I fiddled around with the tracks a bit. To be brutally honest, the main problems here seem to be with the guitar tone being quite thin, and the playing should be a lot tighter. Quad tracking is a bitch to get tight enough, but it pays off in the end.

if i'm not wrong, the tracks G1&G2 are pretty together as are G3&G4 but these two sets are slightly off time with respect to each other...
