Mix question

Hi there!
Here are some riffs that I recorded to try and find a mix for a dropped tuning.
What do you think about the mix. Too much or less of anything. I have to mix on an 5.1 DVD Sytem, which isn't very good for mixing purposes, so any thought are appreciated.

That :46 part is screaming RMX to me. Is it?

The "In Flamesy" inspired riffing from :09 to :27 has a super high sizzle/fizzle to it. I've found that the Sonalksis SV-517 para EQ does a beautiful job of eliminating that without killing the "good" sizzle. You can set it to 9.8khz 24db slope and it's perf.

I like this otherwise, and I'm going to issue some props.

@ EtherForBreakfast: Oh, you're right, there is a bit too much sizzle on that. I think it is the ride, looking into that. Thanks for the advice.
