You could post all the session files here so we can see the real problem and maybe try some things to see how they can work and give you a more accurate advice in what worked and what you should also try.

It's been a long time since last time I visited the forum and don't have much time, but I wanted to add my 2 cents : if your connection is poor, post only a 30s cut of the song, so that the tracks are not too heavy to send. If it's still, give to all the guys here the tracks of a song in the best mp3 quality. There's no need they get the best quality for people here, the matter here is to find the way to make the working easier. And then they could give you tips they found on how making it easier.
