Cancel the volcano alert...it was NOT Mt. St. Helens after all. It turns out that Losfer Words had too many hot wings for lunch. All that fuss for nothing!

...Unforunately I didn't get to ride any of the XC trails this summer, due to my ass-over-applecart crash on my first day up there, breaking some ribs and messing up my arm as well...basically spent most of my Whistler vacation laying down, taking painkillers, and then going out drinking when the pills wore off! I wanted to do one of the ATV tours but that will have to wait until all dem bones heal....

i went there yesterday and watched some impressive vid of the eruption. looks like there's been a gigantic fly that is also causing some disturbances
