Ah, that makes sense, it's a slower record. I'll take slow over "I Felt Free" any day, though.

I'll take anything off of 'On Letting Go' over anything off the newest two.

They do have two symphonic black metal albums, with avant garde spins...drug abuse can certainly be thought of pertaining to the music...and they are Asian. But the cradle reference is unforgivable. I slap ye.

Disappointments so far include:

Marduk - serpent sermon
Testament - dark roots of the earth
Iced earth - dystopia

And then there are some decent and ok records that I do not care to mention

Katatonia - Dead End Kings
Alcest - Les voyages de l'âme (Band-discovery of the year, fantastic album!)
Meshuggah - Koloss
Paradise Lost - Tragic Idol
Swallow The Sun - Emerald Forest and the Blackbird (Not as good as New Moon)

Only heard a few tracks but looks like a killer release...
Inborn Suffering - Regression to Nothingness

Yes I like it. I found it boring the first two weeks but I had nothing else to listen to so I kept it on my phone and yeah, now I like it.

Labyrinth of London (Horror pt. IV) is fantastic.

Out of curiosity what disappointed you about Serpent Sermon? I can see it not making a top ten, but disappointing has me a bit confused. I want specifics pweeeeeassse.
