I looking for musicians interested in dissonant extreme metal. My idea is to keep things zany and tongue-in-cheek instead of the pretentious, selfseriousness typical of these sorts of bands. I'm near Wichita, so the chances of me finding musicians in the area hovers stubbornly just above zero. Consequently, we'll probably be doing this by sharing parts via the interwebs. Really, I'd be as pleased as punch to find a single writing partner. I'm a guitarist/bassist. I can do death and/or black vocals, and am decent at programming drums and songwriting. I'm not particulary concerned about which instrument you play or your skill level. If you're great, I'll take a back seat and let you run wild. If you're a beginner/intermediate, you can hold things down by playing something simple. I've attached something I cobbled together. It's sloppy and mostly improvised (coming periously close to some Barnes-esk EEEEEEEEEEE cringe at points) but it'll give you some idea.
