Hello. Since our label has decided to release our album on vinyl I need to master it in a special way. The problem is that I've never mastered anything for vinyl so I have no reference and little idea how to handle this. I've read some posts and short articles and prepared something like this:

- less compression
- less high frequencies
- more midrange (different kind of saturation)
- mono maker up to 250hz
- since in the mix the kick and bass are quite 'huge' I extra compressed this area
- lp at 18000hz / hp at 50hz
- rms around -17 (but I don't know the meter is precise )
What do you think? Would it work?
