I'd say record the same files a couple of times, and edit out the "whoosh", and keep the rest. I did that with the Altiverb demo a while back.

Im finally approching tone like that with Revalver. If you mess with the tubes and their voicings you can make it sound damn good

I´m afraid I cant, cuz with only revalver, I dont think it sounded so good, I had so much pre ´n post things

I used poidaboys engl impulses, I almost always end up using those

Hmm... Gate -> compressor -> eq -> c4 -> ts

I think I changed everything that was possible
I also think that you can make it sound great without editing the internals and pre - post things, but you can make it sound awsome when you do
