sounds good but it seems like there is something strange going on in the mix...did you use some kind of stereo widening plugin?

i'd never believe i would say that but the guitars seem a bit too loud in the mix.

music is, well...not my cup of tea, it's missing anything i would consider as catchy.

Killer Vocals! the guitar sound is not the best muddy and middy ... both I(!) dont like. But i like the overall sound. Anyways Great work- for 225 pounds its to good :D

yeah i used some stereo widening on the guitar bus well spotted haha. u guys think i should scoop the mids then?

Imo mids are fine where they're at. Lower guitars a bit and it will be fine. Great vocals too.

Yeah lower the guitars and you might want to consider removing the stereo widening and just panning them 100% L & R.
If they sound a little bit too mono or still not wide enough you can try EQing each guitar slightly differently. Try finding a frequency in say the 2-4k range that sounds ok when raising it a db and then do the opposite on the other side reducing that frequency a db or so. You can do this to the low end too. If you do it very subtly then the guitars can "sound" a little wider.

When getting an idea of stereo field my suggestion would be to just listen to other recordings and listen to where they sit.
