after a long ass time of not even owning a proper stereo, i found these in a classified ad today for very decent prices and "slog till" as we say in sweden:

nad c 512 cd player (not as fancy as whatever doomcifer bought above, but about $100 and "used four times" according to the ad)
yamaha ax-470 natural sound stereo amplifier ($40, 2 x 65 W and i trust yamaha to deliver solid if unexciting products, so there you go)

now i need some decent speakers and a new record player and i'm set for the foreseeable future

I suppose this is some PREVIOUSLY RELEASED recording. Is it the same as Out from the Dark? Or maybe some random old bootleg? Which one?
 
Yeah.. I have the CD and was actually listening to it last night. It's Out from the Dark in a slightly different order. Quality is pretty decent but I've heard the 12" Out from the Dark sounds better.

Unsure of how this boot sounds on Vinyl.
